Playing the Game

In each pack there are instruction cards, but we thought we would give you a little idea as to how to play the game.

At the start of the game you will each get given a Planning Permission card to say which building you will collect. Then, with the cards in the center, you will take one from the top which could be a building level, money, buildings and some cards that will help or hinder! You will either follow what the card says or save it for later.

Once you have saved the base of the building and enough money and builders you can add it to your built pile, continuing until you complete your whole building and become the winner!
